Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: June 10, 2026
How users can request deletion of account data, including data received through Meta/Facebook Login.
Overview
Top Breakout Signals LLC provides this page as the user data deletion instructions for Top Breakout Signals, including Meta/Facebook Login and other authentication providers.
You can request deletion of personal information associated with your account by using the in-app account closure flow or by contacting support. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
Delete or deactivate your BREAKOUT account
If you can sign in, open Account, choose Close account, select a reason, and confirm the closure. Account closure deactivates login and starts the deletion workflow for private account data.
You may also email support@topbreakoutsignals.com from the email address connected to your account and request account deletion. Include the words Data Deletion Request in the subject so the request can be routed correctly.
We aim to delete or anonymize private account data within 30 days after a verified request or account closure, except where retention is required or reasonably necessary for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backups, or enforcement of our terms.
Remove Meta/Facebook Login access
You can also remove BREAKOUT from your Meta/Facebook account by opening Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites, selecting BREAKOUT or Top Breakout Signals if listed, and choosing Remove.
Removing the app from Meta/Facebook can stop future provider access, but it does not by itself always identify or delete your BREAKOUT account data. To delete account data held by us, use the in-app closure flow or email support as described above.
Authentication data we may store
For social login, we may store limited account information provided by the authentication provider, such as your email address, display name, profile image, provider name, and provider account identifier.
We do not ask Meta/Facebook for friend lists, posts, messages, advertising accounts, pages, or other extended social permissions for normal sign-in.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary, including payment records handled through Stripe, transaction and invoice metadata, security logs, abuse-prevention records, consent records, legal notices, support history, and records needed to resolve disputes or comply with law.
Where full deletion is not legally or operationally appropriate, we may anonymize, aggregate, restrict, or minimize the retained information.
