These transactions are conducted for personal account management and do not constitute an endorsement or a copy-trading service. The operator owes no fiduciary duty to subscribers and will not notify users of personal trade executions or exits.

Marketing pages, advertisements, examples, blog posts, help articles, screenshots, public delayed signal pages, and testimonials are provided to explain the service and may emphasize selected examples. The Pro Signal Membership is billed monthly at $49 per month unless changed before purchase. Annual billing may be introduced at $490 per year. Payments and card handling are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable after access has been provided for the billing period.

Current, non-delayed, subscriber-only signals, alerts, portfolio trades, model outputs, dashboards, screenshots, exports, and related subscriber content are proprietary platform content licensed only for the subscriber's own internal educational review. They are not sold to the subscriber and may not be treated as public information.

You may not post, publish, forward, resell, sublicense, scrape, syndicate, transmit, or otherwise redistribute non-delayed subscriber-only content to other people, groups, communities, social media, messaging channels, trading rooms, newsletters, bots, AI systems, data products, or public websites. Limited private sharing with your own attorney, accountant, tax adviser, or other professional adviser is allowed only to evaluate your own legal, tax, compliance, or risk obligations and only if the recipient keeps the content confidential and does not trade, republish, or redistribute it.

You may share only materials that Top Breakout Signals LLC has expressly made public, including public pages and signals delayed by exactly 100 days, provided the sharing is not misleading and does not imply endorsement, advice, guaranteed results, or access to current subscriber-only signals.

Unauthorized sharing of non-delayed subscriber-only content may cause immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, removal from referral or promotional programs, and civil legal action to protect our contractual, intellectual property, trade secret, and business interests. We may seek injunctive relief, damages, costs, and other remedies available under applicable law, and we may cooperate with payment providers, platforms, or law enforcement when unauthorized access, fraud, circumvention, or computer misuse is involved.

You may not copy, scrape, resell, republish, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, app, APIs, database, models, or signals.

You may not use the service in violation of law, exchange rules, data provider terms, intellectual property rights, anti-spam rules, export controls, or sanctions restrictions.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, signals, data sources, pricing, legal pages, or access rules at any time. We may also correct data, model output, or display errors.

The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party outages, exchange/data interruptions, payment provider issues, network problems, or other causes.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, indirect damages, consequential damages, special damages, punitive damages, or losses caused by reliance on signals, alerts, model portfolios, marketing examples, or market information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
